Spine is faded, top edge/ corners of covers are bumped. Some scuffing to covers. All plates and pages are present. One plate (The mouse gave a sudden leap out of the water) is missing upper left corner and has pen mark on backing paper. One page is torn at edge. Both issues are shown in last two photos. Page edges have light wear. Otherwise this book is in clean, unmarked condition with tight binding.
