Illustrated with 40 tipped-in color plates on thick paper, with captioned protective tissue guards. Some of Rackham's most beautiful work is featured within this book.

Old glue repair at a split in cloth at top third of front hinge and partially at top half of internal front hinge. Spine ends worn with some small tears at top edge. Discoloration spots/stains on front cover. Internally, front hinge separating with some webbing exposed. One loose tissue guard, one tissue with small hole, one partially detached, some small losses at edges of guards. Pages are unmarked and all plates present.
