Large, beautiful edition of Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens, bound in green cloth with gilt cover and spine. Illustrated with gorgeous, tipped-in color plates by Arthur Rackham.
All plates, protective tissue guards and pages present.
Wear to edges of covers and spine with some fraying and separations at front hinge and spine ends. Some discolorations around edges of covers. Beautiful, fairly bright, gilt decorations on cover and spine. Inscription and library plate on inside of front cover. Tanning and smudges to title page. Pages otherwise clean and unmarked except for occasional light spot. Some tissue guards wrinkled. Binding a bit shaken but otherwise intact.
One of the most beautiful of Arthur Rackham's works in a very desirable edition.
