Slovenly Peter is translated to English from Heinrich Hoffmann's Der Struwwelpeter, initially published in 1845. This book is 10 tales of misbehaving children and the comical, extreme consequences with illustrations throughout.

Some wear to cover edges and spine ends as well as fading to gilt on spine. Otherwise very good with sound binding.
